We are excited to have you join us for our Holiday Blitz Program.

Don't worry if you think you are starting late. This Holiday Blitz is set up so that you can complete it no matter what day you start.

Please (and I can not stress this enough), check your email daily and log into this website every day until the Blitz is over to stay up to date on everything. 

***It is very important you complete the first task today. 
- Send in a copy of your school id, school transcript, current school schedule or last report card. We understand due to COVID many students did not get a student ID, we will accept last years school ID as long as it shows you were in a grade Junior (in high school) or lower. This is important as we must prove to sponsors that you are in fact a student in grades K-12th. If you can not provide any of these items, you can schedule an online video meet and greet with one of Moment of Change crew members. 

- Complete the form sent to you in your email. For your convenience, here is the link. 

ONCE STEP ONE (AS LISTED ABOVE) is completed, you will get a notice in 24 hours or less on the next steps.
